Broker Match Inc. and the Broker Match Network, Lenders, Providers and real estate companies may choose to electronically deliver all information related to its services and your requests. Broker Match Inc. and the Broker Match Network of Lenders, Providers and real estate companies’ electronic communications to you may transmit or convey information about action taken on your request, portions of your request that may be incomplete or require additional explanation, any notices required under applicable law, which may include any Federal Truth-in-Lending disclosures, State disclosures, other terms, conditions and documents, and the privacy policies of Broker Match Network of Lenders, Providers and real estate companies.
You agree to receive all current and future notices, disclosures, communications and information, and to do business electronically with Broker Match Inc. and the Broker Match Network, Lenders, Providers and real estate companies. This means that Broker Match Inc. and the Broker Match Network, Lenders, Providers and real estate companies may communicate with you by sending a message to the email address you provided or at another address that may be associated with you that we receive from Lenders, Providers and real estate companies or other parties. You agree that you meet the below technical requirements and are able to access and retain copies of notices and information sent or made available electronically.

Miscellaneous
This Agreement and the resolution of any dispute related to this Agreement or this Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Failure by Broker Match, to insist upon strict enforcement of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of this Site or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. Any legal action or proceeding between Broker Match, and you related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in federal district court.

This website is intended to be accessed by persons located within the United States of America. Access and use of this website by persons from locations other than the United States is prohibited. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Broker Match, its affiliates and suppliers from any liability, loss, claim and expense (including attorney’s reasonable fees) related to your violation of this Agreement.
